We only offer one fully comprehensive level of survey.
One of our experienced survey team will carry out a 4-6 hour internal and external inspection of your property including loft and garage. Plus a thermal imaging scan* (houses only, subject to weather conditions).
You will then receive a digital photographic copy of your report detailing all defects found.
* Prices are subject to exact house type and location.
A small deposit taken at time of booking. Card payment to be taken on day of survey.

A copy of your snagging survey report emailed as PDF to you within 24 hours.
PICTURES OF SNAGS
Where practical each snag found will include picture.
TEXT DESCRIPTIONS
Each snag will have a brief description with an outline of the issue.
